A feral hog carcass in central Texas is scavenged by coyotes. Other scavengers (caracara, hawks & vultures) are featured on other related videos posted on this channel. This particular coyote doesn't seem to be that intent on feeding and seems rather fat & not very hungry but the presence of the turkey & black vultures bother him immensely. He does just about everything to keep them away from "his" carcass with minimal success. This feral hog carcass (about 200#) was completely skeletonized within two days.
Coyotes are interesting to watch in any case and this video has a great deal of daylight footage while I normally catch night/IR videos of them which is black & white.
